Respected Gnati Members,
Following a successful term by the office bearers of the Leicester Maher Community Association over the past year, We are writing to request your attendance at the above stated Annual General Meeting of our committee.
In the presence of our associations Trustees and Committee members, the following agenda shall be put forward:
1. Prayers
2. Message from President
3. Secretary’s Annual Report
4. Treasurer’s Report
5. Election of the Committee Members
6. Any Other Business
It is vital for all Gnati members to attend this meeting promptly as there are important issues to be discussed and decisions to be taken. Please note, it will be your support that will encourage today’s youth to take an active interest in our culture and traditions.
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome anyone wishing to join the committee and offer their help and expertise. At present, the fruits of the voluntary commitment are enjoyed by the whole Samaj, yet there are very few people who would like to actively be involved. The committee is further open to constructive feedback and ways to improve.
The meeting will also focus and highlight the importance of moving with time and vital suggestions beneficial to the successful running of our local Samaj.
